Makeup Look of the Day: Pink and Orange

Today I created the makeup look shown below:

I was inspired by my pink and orange eyeshadows and wanted to create a more fun, summer-y look.

I used Fenty 370 as my foundation and then did my contour with Wet n Wild's Megaglo Contour Stick in Call me Maple. To conceal my undereye area, I used Benefit's Boing under eye concealer and Morphe's concealer. I set everything with Ben Nye Banana Powder. I used NYX Brow pencil in Burnette for my eyebrows and Hank and Henry mascara for my eyelashes.  I used Too Faced's Cool Girl on my lips

For my lids, I used the Profusion Cosmetics Sienna's palette as well as the Huda Beauty New Nudes palette.

I used Shade 1 for the crease and then I brushed Shade 2 all over the lid.

Makeup Mondays: Jaclyn Hill Palette for MorpheBrushes

Here's a look I created for everyday using the Jaclyn Hill palette for Morphe Brushes. The palette was limited edition, but you can still buy the shadows individually from the website.

I used Shade 1 to carve out a crease area. Then I placed Shade 2 on my lid. Finally I placed Shade 3 on the outer edge of the crease and blended until my arm almost fell off (as Jaclyn likes to say ;) ).

I used Peanut Butter and Truffled in the crease, Caramel on the lid, and Hot Fudge on the outer corner of the lid. Foundation: MAC Fluid Fix in NC45

Foundation: A mixture of Clinique Perfectly Real Makeup  in 39G and Urban Decay's Naked Skin in 9.0

Eyebrows: Maybelline's Natural Smokes Quad (darkest shade on the bottom)

Eyes: Nude Tude palette's Silly on lid and Sigma's Elysees in the crease (you can also use Sexy from the Nude Tude palette); Maybelline's MasterPrecise liner in Black; MAC Zoom Lash Mascara

Cheeks: NARS Deep Throat

Lips: Pop Beauty Crayon in Rose Romance and MAC's lipglass in Fashion Punch

I wore this clubbing and pretty much everywhere the past few weekends. What do you guys think?

Makeup Mondays

So I wanted to start a new series called Makeup Mondays where I will post a look that I am currently wearing so you guys can try it out. I will also try to have a picture of the look so that you can decide if you like it without having to purchase all the makeup for the look. Unfortunately, due to the quality of my camera, the images might not always turn out that great :(. Anyways, here is today's first look:

Foundation-A mixture of Clinique's Perfectly Real Makeup in Shade 39 (G) and Urban Decay's Naked Foundation in Shade 9.0. I mixed the two because I'm almost out of the Clinique foundation and I am MADLY in love with my Urban Decay foundation.

Eyes-I got a Naked palette for Christmas from my boyfriend and I use it all the time. I'm probably the last person on Earth to have this palette so my apologies for taking so long :). I used BUCK all over my lid up to my brow bone after covering the eye area with primer. Then I applied SMOG all over my lid. I darkened the outer area of the lid by blending in DARKHORSE, and finally, I highlighted the inner rim of my eyes with HALF BAKED. I completed the eye look with a coat of Clarins Wonder Perfect Mascara.

Cheeks-I blended my two shades from Mary Kay's Santa Fe Sun to create the blush on my cheeks and hilighted the tops of my cheekbones with theBalm's Mary-Lou Manizer.

Lips-Perpetual Plum from Maybelline's Super Stay 24 Hr Color line.
