One of my favorite places to shop for groceries is Trader Joe's. They have quick, easy, and delicious options to help make cooking at home exciting and fun. One of my favorite products they carry is the Green Goddess salad dressing. I can make quick delicious salads without much effort using this particular product on the daily.
One of my favorite ways to use this product is to get a mix of different salad greens (arugula, kale, lettuce, etc), toss on some grape or cherry tomatoes and season my salad with this dressing. Its great as a side salad or if you want to add some protein to it, it can serve as a full meal on days when you don't want to eat a whole lot.
